Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information SoftKoders collects on softkoders.com and in its services, why, how long we keep it, and how we protect it.
1. What we collect and why
There are no accounts. We collect the following when you choose to send a message through the website contact form or a feature inside one of our services. The website contact form asks for your consent before sending. To stop repeated messages from one place, your IP address is used only in the server's memory, for up to an hour, and is never stored.

2. Our services
- Twitch Volume Balancer (Chrome extension) collects no personal information. Your per-streamer volume settings stay in your browser's extension storage and are never sent to us.
- Deep Draft (Windows app) stores your documents and settings on your PC without automatically sending them to SoftKoders. If you use its inquiry or feedback feature, we collect the name, email address and message you submit, together with the related service, to review and answer your inquiry. Your app version, operating system and version, app architecture, Electron version and Microsoft Store distribution status are also sent to help troubleshoot problems. Inquiry information is kept and deleted as described in sections 1 and 3.
- Lucky Miner hashes in your browser. The Bitcoin address you enter stays in your browser, which builds its own mining work from a shared job; it reaches our API server only inside a block your browser has found, and is not stored. If you make a new wallet on the page, its 12 words and keys are created in your browser and are never sent to our servers or stored, so SoftKoders cannot recover them. To limit request rates, your IP address is used only in the server's memory, for about a minute, and is never stored or logged. The speed measurement never leaves your browser. If you find a block, it is saved in your browser's storage until our server has answered for it, and once submitted, the block, including your address, is public on the Bitcoin blockchain for good; SoftKoders cannot change or delete it.
- SOOP FC (web service at soopfc.com) needs no account. To show its tier board, rankings and records, it uses streamers' public SOOP information (SOOP ID, name and profile image) and FC Online records from the NEXON Open API (account nicknames and matches between streamers); these are kept while the service runs and deleted without delay when it ends. Streamers can ask to see, correct or delete their information, or to be left out of the lists, as described in section 5; deleting a streamer also deletes every match they played. Profile images load straight from SOOP's image server and are kept in your browser's cache for a day. To limit request rates, your IP address is used only in the server's memory, for about a minute, and is never stored or logged.
- Site statistics. When you follow a link to one of our services, we count which link was followed, per hour, and record nothing about you. To see how the site is used, softkoders.com also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics: when you open a page, your browser sends Cloudflare the page address, the page you came from, your browser, operating system and device type, your country, and how fast the page loaded. Cloudflare counts these only as totals, such as visits per page. It uses no cookies or browser storage, removes your IP address before counting, and does not use the data to identify you or follow you across sites.
3. How long we keep it
Messages are deleted automatically one year after we answer them, or sooner if you ask. Deleted data cannot be recovered, and we keep no paper records.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information, except where the law requires it. Our hosting providers, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Cloudflare, run the site on our behalf and do not use the data for anything else.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing, at any time. Write to us through the contact form or at koder250727@gmail.com, and we will act without delay.
6. Security
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Only signed-in operators can read messages.
- Operator passwords are stored with one-way encryption.
7. Cookies
We use no cookies. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set cookies needed for security. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
8. Contact
